Baby Lips Return

I picked up another Maybelline Baby Lips! This time I got one in the colour Pink Punch. 

A few months ago these were a very talked about product just like those Revlon lip butters (I was thinking about buying one of those in an orange colour called Tutti Fruitty but I wasn't sure if orange lips is a good look). I really like this tinted lip balm because the packaging is amazing, actually has quite a bit of colour, and it smells just like fruit punch!

Spring Scarf Contrast

I love wearing scarves, especially wearing circle scarfs (also known as infinity scarves). They just make outfits look like you put a lot of time into them. I think this one from American Eagle is perfect for spring and would even be wearable in the summer because the fabric is really light. I love wearing this with my army green military style jacket because I think the floral pattern gives it a really nice contrast.

Spring Nail Polish

These are some nail polishes that I plan to wear a lot this spring. Here are their names from left to right; Sally Hansen's Lacey Lilac, Revlon's Jaded, Essie's Guchi Muchi Puchi, Nicole by O.P.I.'s Rich In Spirit, and L'oreal's Party Hop. I love the pastel tones excluding the blue one of course. The thing they all have in common is the bright fun effect the spring gives off.

My Not So Unique Playlist

These are 7 songs that I have been listening to a bit too much lately. 

I saw something like this done on another blog except all the songs they choose were by people I'd never heard of before and all the songs seemed very unique. These aren't songs by cool undiscovered bands but they're good enough for me. 

Sun Beams For The Summer

This golden bronze complexion highlighter by Benefit definitely had me sold at the packaging. 

I apply three dots up my cheekbones and then blend it in. On my fingers it looks supper glittery and gold but on my face you can barely notice it. However when the light catches it it somewhat shimmers. So although the colour looks like a bad spray tan and it feels like you're applying nail polish to your face, it's a good product.

Cupcakes Galore

I celebrated my birthday with my grandmother, she went a bit over bored and ordered 24 cupcakes for only 9 people! There is nothing wrong with delicious leftovers so I'm not judging. The cupcakes are from a store called the Cake Box and they where so good. I didn't get to try every flavour but my favourite was the red velvet. 

Summer Product Hunting

I've spent an awful lot of time on Sephora.com looking at products. It's easier for me to pick out what I'm going to buy and then go to the actual store because it's easier to shop their if you know what you want. These are some products that are on my shopping list on the website. I also think some of these are great products that would be useful for the summer months.

Picture Haul

Isn't it weird how in haul videos people describe exactly what the piece of clothing looks like. Don't they realize that because it's a video we can actually see it too. So for this haul I'm just going show you pictures.

I think this necklace is a great alternative to feather earrings.

This is perfectly cropped and has a really soft materiel. 

I thought this top would go really well with the necklace.

I also discovered something amazing today! At certain Bay stores they carry brands like Top Shop and Free People which are stores where I've looked at stuff online but never found a store that sells it. So I'm very excited.

Success

I finally got around to making a cream pie. This one is coconut cream and suits today perfectly because it reminds me of summer and the weather outside today is beautiful! It took a long time to make and the gram cracker crust doesn't stay on the pie but the filling is supper creamy so I think I'll call it a success.

Interesting Accessory

My favourite section at Forever 21 has to be the jewelry. A lot of the pieces are really unique and quite interesting. I find this necklace can add something to any outfit. So far I've worn it with a navy button down and jeans and I found it made the outfit more exciting. My favourite part has to be that it was only $5. The only thing I'd change is that the bottle was openable so you could keep something inside it. That would make it even cooler.

Turmblr Love

Recently I started using Tumblr, if you don't know what it is I'll explain. It's just people sharing other peoples photos and then having people share them. Tick Tock

As I said before I'm trying to change up my room so the first thing I bought was a clock. I know it's really random but I think it's a necessity. This clock is from a really random store near my house. It's like Hallmark, but weirder. I love this clock because it's a mix between old fashion and modern. I also love it  because it doesn't tick.
